Joseph
Little is founder and Managing Director of Kitty Hawk Consulting (since 1991).
In Agile, he is a certified ScrumMaster Practicing. He has trained and coached clients in Agile.
He has been a master coach , acting as a mentor to team ScrumMasters.
He has consulted to the securities industry,
to the consumer real estate finance industry, and to the credit card industry. Many
of his projects have involved international and domestic securities trading and process processing. He has consulted from business, operations, and technology viewpoints. He has consulted to major financial
institutions in New York, London and Charlotte. He has 20+ years of experience in banking and finance.
He has worked with: Bank of America, Barclays
Bank, Capital One, Citibank, Deutsche Bank (and Bankers Trust), Fiduciary Trust Company International, First Interstate (now
Wells Fargo), Irving Trust (now Bank of New York), JPMorganChase (Chase, Chemical and Manufacturers Hanover), BNP Paribas,
State Street, Wachovia and others. Most clients have called him back for additional
work.
Generally he has taken a program or project management
role. His projects typically involve the intersection between business needs and technology solutions. Often this involves
identifying business goals and developing business requirements, or assisting with system implementations. Other projects
have sought business or operations solutions, such as starting a new product or service, or determining how best to deploy
operations resources to meet a set of service requirements. In any case, most projects are either bottom-line oriented (increasing
revenues or reducing costs), or risk-reduction oriented.
Previously Mr. Little has worked for Manufacturers
Hanover, BIS Banking Systems (a systems vendor), Ernst & Young, and Bankers Trust. He has 20+ years of senior-level consulting
experience in New York, Charlotte and London. Mr. Little has an MBA in Finance & International Business from New York
University and a BA from Yale University.
INFORMATION ON THE ENGAGEMENT DIRECTOR:
Joseph Singh is a specialist
in the Asset Management area with responsibility for the application of technology and analytical quantitative ideas to product
management and product development, servicing institutions, actively trading traditional buy-side funds and alternative investment
funds. On a regular basis, he works on behalf of and advises Traders, Portfolio
Managers, Sales and Relationship Managers who are typically externally facing. He
also works closely with Risk Managers, Technology experts, Quantitative Analysts, and Finance professionals who are focused
on the execution of internal management initiatives, in addition to vendors and consultants who may assist in providing services
and specific products.
Mr. Singh has worked in key roles as an employee
for American Management Systems, Inc., Bankers Trust and JP Morgan.
Mr. Singh holds Bachelors and Masters Degrees
in Operations Research from Columbia University. He also holds an Undergraduate
Degree in Chemistry from Adelphi University, and has attended the Employer-Sponsored Executive Management Program at MIT’s
Sloan School of Management.
